The Kamloops and District Real Estate Association (KADREA) is the professional, member based association for more than 300 REALTORS® in Kamloops and surrounding communities. KADREA provides its members with the tools, education and standards required to elevate the professionalism of their business and real estate practices.

This committee will conduct research and reviews, as well as provide feedback and recommendations to the Board, pertaining to all aspects of technology to be used within the Association or by the membership.

This committee encompasses the Arbitration, Discipline and Hearing committees as Ad-Hoc, based on when they are required. Professional Standards will continue to address complaints as they are received by the Association. In addition, the committee will create proactive strategies to engage the membership pertaining to professionalism in the industry. The committee will maintain regular communication with Education and Membership (newsletter) to highlight areas of interest for the industry or areas needing attention.

This committee will provide guidance and input for all education schedule and offerings to the membership. The Education Committee will base educational opportunities for the Association on current BCREA, CREA, Council and third parties options and requirements. Overall strategy of the Association will be considered throughout the education offering process and feedback from the membership will remain constant.

This committee encompasses the Nominating committee as an Ad-Hoc committee on an annual basis. The Membership Committee will continue to provide for membership relations, communication (newsletter and website will be a responsibility of this committee) and advocacy. This role will be expanded to include relationship and partnership with other stakeholders in the industry, community, government, etc.
